How often did Gushers reach 30% THC in these lab tests?
In this dataset, 0% of 177 Gushers flower tests met the 30% total THC bar; 60% reached 20% or more, while 16% reached 25% or more.1
By state, Nevada was a little higher: 61% of 70 tests cleared 20%, and its median was 21.15%; Michigan was 52% of 90, with median at 20.26%.1 Growers, lab practices and state rules all differ between those markets, so the split is not plant-only.

Is Gushers weaker than its THC claims?
Yes for the single figures: for Gushers, two of two outside THC claims sat above the lab median of 20.95%, meaning under half of lab tests reached each figure.1 Zamnesia published the highest single figure, 25%, and 16% of lab tests reached it.1,2
The lower single figure came from Leafly: 22%, reached by 41% of tests, still under half.1,4 For ranges, AllBud's 15–22% covered 49% of tests, while 24–28% from Nasha Genetics covered 22%.1,5,6

Does Gushers have a consistent terpene profile?
Yes: Gushers had a steady test-by-test terpene lead, with β-caryophyllene ranking first in 78% of 74 terpene panels and limonene leading the other 22%.1
70 of those 74 terpene panels came from Nevada, so the lead pattern mainly reflects flower tested there.1
| Terpene | Tests where it led | Share of tests |
|---|---|---|
| β-caryophyllene | 58 | 78% |
| Limonene | 16 | 22% |

What is Gushers chemically closest to?
Chemically, Gushers is closest to Gelato, Sherbet and Wedding Cake by median terpene-share overlap, at 96%, 94% and 93%; Durban Poison was the farthest match in the 36-strain pool at 39%.1 Those closest profiles all carried a β-caryophyllene lead, while Durban Poison was led by terpinolene.1
To calculate it, we take median measurements for eight terpenes, recast them as shares of the strain's eight-terpene sum, and add the common shares between two profiles; identical mixes score 100. A strain enters only after 30 panels report individual terpenes, leaving 36 strains in this comparison.1 This is a chemistry comparison for Gushers only, not a forecast of how it will feel.
| Strain | Overlap | Lead terpene (by median) | Tests with terpenes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gelato | 96% | β-caryophyllene | 371 |
| Sherbet | 94% | β-caryophyllene | 193 |
| Wedding Cake | 93% | β-caryophyllene | 1,388 |
| Candyland | 93% | β-caryophyllene | 421 |
| OG Kush | 92% | β-caryophyllene | 127 |
| Durban Poison (least similar) | 39% | Terpinolene | 236 |

Does Gushers sit near the middle for THC?
Yes: with a 20.95% median, Gushers sat in the middle third at 25th of 58 strains for total THC, between Candyland at 20.99% and OG Kush at 20.87%.1
Using the 25% cutoff, Gushers had a 16% rate and ranked 26th, also in the middle third.1 For spread, the middle half ran 17.77%–23.83%, or 6.06 points; that was 36th of 52 for narrowness, meaning this name varied more than most.1
| Rank | Strain | Median THC | Middle half | Tests |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 23rd | Gelato | 21.58% | 18.91%–24.70% | 1,792 |
| 24th | Candyland | 20.99% | 18.84%–23.86% | 514 |
| 25th | Gushers (this strain) | 20.95% | 17.77%–23.83% | 177 |
| 26th | OG Kush | 20.87% | 18.06%–23.36% | 379 |
| 27th | Super Lemon Haze | 20.84% | 18.41%–23.48% | 1,543 |

Do Gushers lab results stay close?
Yes, Gushers lab medians stayed close across the higher-volume labs: among the three labs with at least 20 results, Lab C in Michigan was lowest at 19.40% from 22 tests, and Lab B in Nevada was highest at 21.28% from 26 tests, a gap of 1.88 points.1
Because each lab receives flower from different growers, the gap alone cannot show that any lab reads high; it also captures sourcing and market differences. This page masks lab identities; the real lab names are in the downloadable file, with Lab A assigned to the largest Gushers sample count.
| Lab | State | Tests | Median THC | Share at 20% or more |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lab A | Nevada | 29 | 20.07% | 55% |
| Lab B | Nevada | 26 | 21.28% | 65% |
| Lab C | Michigan | 22 | 19.40% | 46% |

Do high-THC Gushers tests have more terpenes?
Yes: in Gushers, the top THC third carried more total terpenes, with 1.90% at 22.97% THC and up versus 1.22% in the bottom third at 18.81% THC and down, a difference of 0.68 points across 74 paired tests.1
The state check pointed the same way in Nevada, the only state with enough pairs: 1.20% for low-THC tests versus 2.57% for high-THC tests.1 Terpene totals are weight-based measurements of aroma compounds, not evidence of how Gushers affects anyone.
| Tests from | Tests | Lowest-THC third | Highest-THC third |
|---|---|---|---|
| All states | 74 | 1.22% | 1.90% |
| Nevada | 70 | 1.20% | 2.57% |

The THC trend for Gushers was upward in the qualified yearly data, with the median rising by +1.22 points from 20.28% in 2021 (42 tests) to 21.50% in 2023 (34).1
We exclude any year with fewer than 20 tests.1

| 2021 | 42 | 20.28% |
| 2022 | 66 | 21.26% |
| 2023 | 34 | 21.50% |

Is Gushers mostly flower in lab data?
Yes: for records labeled exactly Gushers, flower accounted for 52% of 371; non-flower entries were led by concentrates (30%), followed by shake and trim (13%) and pre-rolls (2.7%).1 Only flower records feed this site's THC and terpene calculations.
Separate from the exact-name set, 248 records had extra words around Gushers, making up 40% of all records with the word in the name.1 The leading longer labels were “Gushers and Cream” (36), “(H) Nuclear Gushers” (20) and “Nuclear Gushers” (12).1 Those labels stay out of the dataset because added wording, cross notation or CBD wording can point to different material; see the name-matching method.

What this data cannot tell you
- These tests are flower records labeled Gushers in 4 states, dated 2020–2024, so they cannot pin down any single jar; for that, read the batch certificate of analysis.1
- These results are chemistry readings only, so they cannot say what Gushers will feel like for you.
Check the numbers
Every lab number here traces back to 177 downloadable test records; Weedmaps menu data is separate, and that same file also powers our potency and terpene page.1 The strain comparisons come from summaries for 58 strains built under identical rules.1
