Lab data
Gushers potency: THC, CBD and terpenes from 177 lab tests
In 177 state lab tests, Gushers flower had a median total THC of 20.95%, with the middle half of results between 17.77% and 23.83%.1 CBD is negligible, and β-caryophyllene is the leading terpene, followed by limonene and linalool: the same three terpenes, in the same order, that Leafly lists.1,2

How published THC figures compare
Strain databases publish a single figure or a range: Leafly lists 22% THC (and 1% CBG), AllBud 15–22% and Leafly’s separate Fruit Gushers page 15–25%.2,3,4 Seed sellers advertise more: up to 24% for Royal Queen Seeds, 25% for Zamnesia’s feminized seeds and 24–28% for Nasha Genetics’ S1.5,6,7 In state lab results, 90% of Gushers flower tested below 25.81%, so the higher seed-catalog figures describe the top of the range rather than typical flower; the highest single result in our data was 29.72%.1
By state, the median was 20.26% in Michigan (90 tests), 21.14% in Nevada (70) and 22.50% in Washington (10); California’s 7 tests are too few for a state figure.1 In every year with at least 30 tests (2021, 2022, 2023) the yearly median stayed between 20.28% and 21.50%. Fewer than 30 tests date from 2020 (18) and 2024 (2).1

Limits of this data
- Coverage is uneven. Michigan (90), Nevada (70), Washington (10) and California (7) supply the 177 tests, which date from 2020 to 2024; Oregon and Rhode Island results carry no product names and could not be matched.
- Some labs report higher THC than others, so we publish medians and middle ranges rather than maxima. No single lab accounts for more than 16.4% of these tests (26 labs in total).
- Terpene medians come from 74 tests with individual terpene values: 70 from Nevada and 4 from California. Michigan and Washington report no terpenes, so the terpene figures describe a different subset of tests than the THC figures.
- We matched names strictly: longer names such as "Gushers and Cream" and "(H) Nuclear Gushers" are excluded and counted, Fruit Gushers is counted as Gushers, and duplicate certificates are removed.
